Constructing an Ellipse

This applet demonstrates the trammel construction of an ellipse. An ellipse is traced out by the end of a ray BAC whose length is the sum of the lengths of the major and minor axes of the resulting ellipse. This ray moves in such a way that the point B can only move along the vertical axis and the point A can omly move along the horizontal axis.
